Only authorized returns will be accepted. If you wish to return a book, please contact us at contact@regalbeepub.com with the word "Returns" in the subject line. Returned books must be mailed within 15 days of your original invoice date and received by us in their original and new condition. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during the return process. You (the returnee) are solely responsible for all shipping and handling costs. All refunds will be the cost of returned books less the original shipping charge. If a credit card is used for the original purchase, the refund will be credited to your credit card on file.
